When you see a coupon labeled "Checked recently" on HearDeals, it means our team has recently reviewed the offer based on available terms, brand information, and checkout testing. It does not guarantee the code will work for every user, in every region, or at every moment. Brands may change terms, apply exclusions, or expire promotions without prior notice.

How Often We Review Codes

We aim to review all published coupon codes on a weekly basis. During high-traffic sale periods (Black Friday, holiday season), we increase review frequency. Each review involves attempting to apply codes on the official brand stores to confirm they remain active and deliver the advertised discount.

How to Report a Non-Working Code

If you encounter a coupon code that does not work as described, we want to know about it. Please email us at hello@heardeals.com with the following details:

• The coupon code you tried
• The brand and product you were purchasing
• The error message or issue you experienced
• The date and approximate time of your attempt

We will investigate and update or remove the code if it is no longer valid. Our goal is to keep every published code accurate and current.
